Course # 0

As a college student I have very quickly become familiar with many types of technology, many of which I have been using for many years prior to attending FSU. Some examples are cell phones, gaming consoles, and, of course, computers.
I expect that I will learn a variety of computer skills that will build upon what I already know. I hope I will learn how to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point as supplements to other educational tools that I may use in my teaching career.
I am a Tallahassee native. I graduated from Sail High School in 2005 and started at FSU that fall. I am currently a biology major but am considering applying for the college of education to be a high school biology teacher. I found that I enjoyed teaching through my job as a science educator at the Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science.
